Meditation: A Journey Within

Meditation is not merely a technique; it’s an art. It allows us to transcend the confines of our ordinary thoughts and explore deeper levels of existence. It’s more of a process, a path of self-discovery and spiritual growth. It’s a way of life, a journey toward understanding our true nature and our place in the world. It’s a journey without a final destination; the reward lies in the journey itself.

Why meditate?

  • Self-realization: Meditation helps us realize our true nature, which goes beyond the ego and the limitations of personality. It allows us to feel a deep connection with all living things and realize that we are all part of a greater whole.
  • Inner freedom: Meditation helps us understand cause-and-effect relationships correctly. Ignorance of these relationships creates doubts, fears, and attachments that limit our lives and hinder our understanding of our wholeness.

What happens during meditation?

During meditation, we direct our attention inward, observing our thoughts and sensations without getting involved. Gradually, we learn to let go of thoughts, calm the mind, and reach a state of deep peace, from the depths of which sparks of true bliss and awareness of our boundless and eternal nature arise, an awareness of our authentic Self.
